Customer feedback
A few examples of how our review and production process works in practice.
I saw that the names and placement were checked against the approved order list before production, and the finished items were packed by variant for easy collection.
The proof made the layout, paper choice, and finishing easy to review, and my completed order followed the approved version.
The file check caught a margin issue before production, and the studio explained the correction clearly instead of printing the unsuitable artwork.
